Human beings are not meant to be in constant fight, flight, or freeze mode. Chronic stress takes a devastating toll on our mental, emotional, and physical well-being. If you are exhausted, stressed out, burnt out, or just looking to relax and nourish your mind, body, and spirit, please join me for 75 minutes of meditation and gentle yoga.
My mission is to make yoga accessible and inclusive for everyone, regardless of race/ethnicity, age, gender, sexual orientation, income level, body size, or disability status. The primary aspiration of the class is to help you find a small bit of a peace and relaxation during scary and stressful times.
